Uber - Request a ride maintained its popularity with downloads starting at 123K in the last week of September and peaking at 170K in mid-December. The app's weekly active users showed a steady increase from 3.3M to nearly 3.9M in mid-December, before a slight dip to 3.2M by the year's end.
DiDi Rider: Affordable rides experienced a consistent upward trend in downloads, beginning the quarter with about 37K and reaching over 76K by late December. The weekly active users also grew, starting at around 899K and increasing to over 1.1M in the second week of December.
inDrive. Save on city rides saw a fluctuating pattern in downloads but ended the quarter on a high note, starting at around 44K and spiking to 57K in the third week of December. The app's active users showed a more consistent growth, from roughly 495K to 675K by the end of December.
BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus had a modest start at 11K downloads at the beginning of the quarter and experienced a significant increase to 24K by the year's end. The weekly active users for this app also rose, from 118K to approximately 124K in the same period.
Cabify displayed a steady increase in downloads, from 9K in the last week of September to a peak of 14K in late December. The app's active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 229K to 235K in mid-December, before ending the year at around 225K.
